We couldn't take the Amsterdam Bridge across due to repairs being needed. (never knew it was called that). Probably named for the Amsterdam Brewery that is nearby - Toronto's largest waterfront restaurant.
So, we walked past the Simcoe WaveDeck ...
to the Natrel Pond, in front of the Harbourfront Centre. It's been transformed into an art installation for the summer. We found it a little ironic that the former pond/skating rink was covered in a lot of water, from the rain the night before.

Lots to do ...
The boardwalk wasn't too busy at 10 am. The chairs at the Concert Stage have been replaced with picnic tables for better social distancing.
Restaurants are open with patios. There's even a taco & churro truck ...
You can go for a swim @ the Rooftop pool at Radisson Blu or rent kayaks, sailboats, etc.
We ended at the HTO Park, which is a special place for us. We ended our 1st date here under a full moon - 10 years later, we feel lucky to still be crazy in love!

Good things to know:
- There is Green P parking on Robertson Cres and it's free until 1 pm on Sundays if you can find a spot. (just below Rees & Queen's Quay)
Also in the area:
- Water Taxi to Toronto Island - there are quite a few water taxi's from the Harbourfront to Toronto Island. We noticed that Pirate Taxi has a deal: 11 ride pass for $80 incl. tax (Reg. $110). It's a good deal if you go often.
